Side buttons not working and won’t swipe

My Blaze left or back button is failing. Can’t use it to restart the Blaze either.

A warm welcome to the Community @sammy92649, thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself.

 

If your Blaze buttons aren't working, you may be able to remove dust or dirt by gently using a toothpick around the button. If this does not improve the button performance, you can try to clear debris using canned air. Hold the tracker at arm's length and spray once to loosen any dirt or dust that may have accumulated around the button.

 

If after these steps your buttons start working, you can perform a restart for the swipe issue.

unfortunately the tooth pick and the air did not work. I apologize for the
late response, i left it at home while i traveled for the holiday. If you
have any other suggestions please let me know. I miss my FITBIT!!

Hi I’m having the same issue as above and have tried cleaning it and using canned air, to no avail.  Can you offer me any other suggestions?
