Silent alarms will not sync

Hi,

I have added two alarms since I got my FitBit Blaze.  One of them works fine,  but the other says "waiting to sync" even though the app is importing my steps and other data just fine, so it's clearly syncing.  Why won't the alarm go through, too?

Great to see you around @BrinyaPolywog. Have you tried doing a force sync? If you haven't, I recommend doing this from a computer by following these steps:

  1. Click the icon with a Fitbit logo located near the date and time on your computer.
  2. Click Open Main Menu, and then click Sync Now. You may be asked to sign in, after which your tracker should sync with your account.

I hope this helps, let me know the outcome. Woman Wink

I hope this helps you!

I have been having the same issue with my Fitbit blaze. When I first received it, I was able to set alarms and it was great. Shortly after an update, I was unable to edit or set alarms, while all the other information seemed to be syncing properly.

I tried turning Bluetooth classic on and off. I tried rebooting both my device and the Fitbit. I tried every suggestion I found online and nothing seemed to work.

I was fiddling around with the Fitbit app today and saw an option to revert to the previous dashboard.

I did just that and now I have alarms again. I don't know if this was the fix, or if it was something else that I did. Hopefully it helps!
