Hey there @Billu. Welcome to the Community! 🙂
I would recommend two things in your case. The first one, just to avoid anything being stuck or not working fine in your tracker, restart it by pressing the left and lower right buttons together for 10-15 secs. and also, you can change the sensitivity from your settings. For that, go into your tracker settings on fitbit.com (the little gear icon at the top right corner of your screen) after that, click on the little picture of your tracker on the drop down menu. Here scroll to the bottom and on "Sleep Tracking" you can change the settings to normal or sensitive and then save the changes and sync your tracker.
