Sleep mode on watch

I would like to see an option on the watch it's self to be able to turn on sleep and turn off when I wake up. Love the watch but I could see me using this feature; simple click of a button vs doing it from the app. I also always forget to turn it off every morning.

Maybe I'm missing something here, doesn't the Blaze have auto sleep detection? No need to press any buttons?
