Can someone help me!
The first two nights I had 'Sleep Quality' displaying on my Fitbit blaze. However after that there's no 'sleep quality' menu at all. So I can't see any of the data. I would like to see how many minutes awake I have been and restless sleep.
I've searched the Fitbit help book and all the forums but I can't find anyone else with this issue. I've gone through all the settings online and on my app and watch.
Can someone tell me what I have missed please. It's very frustrating having this issue and not being able to see it. I can't post pics on here but more than happy to email.

I had this problem too. The time I slept was also wrong. I deleted the log, ignoring warning of lost data, and entered a new log with the time I went to sleep and the time I woke up. I then discovered unexpectedly that by doing so I now had the new detailed sleep info as well. I also discovered that this only works if you delete and re add the sleep logs in the app on your phone and not on the computer.
So for the last four nights I have seen the old sleep data after first sync in the morning. I have deleted the sleep logs (in the app not on PC). I then reentered the logs manually and synced again. All four nights now show correctly with the new detailed info. I have tried to take a screenshot of before and after but they saved on computer in the wrong format for posting here.
Hope this helps.

I am having the same problem. Fit-bit used to show me a chart indicating how many hours of REM, deep sleep, light sleep, and awake time I had every night. This was extremely helpful. However, that feature disappeared, and all I see now is some vertical bars indicating restless, asleep, and awake time. Can you, guys, restore the previous feature? It makes a world of difference for those of us who are working on sleep quality.
Thank you!

Looks like Fit-bit technicians corrected the problem from their end. I didn't have to do anything on my seep log. My blaze is not showing the quality sleep, like it used too. Good job, fit-bit technicians!

Hi Andy,
this worked for me this morning. Thank you. I'll keep doing it, until it does it automatically.
