I have the most up to date app and my iphone is up to date as well. Yesterday, my sleep stages tracked, but last night it did not. I've restared the Fitbit, the phone, installed, uninstalled, and reinstalled. Nothing worked. Any idea how to fix?

Nope. Its not a blaze issue as I have a Charge HR and the same thing happened to me last night

Just want to let Everyone know that sleep stages worked for two days in a row, weeks ago, on my one year old Blaze. I've given up trying to get it to work again, having tried all the fixes. None of the fixes seemed to have any impact, it seems to have worked in a purely random way.

As for sleep stages, please read the FAQ.
If your refferring to the phone then to re-pair you remove the tracker from the phones Bluetooth settings, not the app,, then do a sync through the app.
Deleating the Blaze from the app is removing the Blaze from your fitbit account. This will require you to setup the tracker, as a new device and most likely liose any unsynced data. This is not pairing, which is something only the app can do.
You are better off adding the tracker as a replacement device to itself. This will reset the tracker without losing amy unsynced data.

Im not sure what is ment by heart rate crashed @Micheleestbelle, but sleep stsges is dependent on the tracker being able to read the heart rate.

I recently got a blaze. And the sleep stages weren't working. To get them to work I switched the heart rate moniter from 'auto' to 'on' and from there it's started to work.

Mine is still working after deleting it from the app and re-adding it, so that's a good thing!

Update: 7/6/2017
Hi everyone -- The Fitbit for iOS app version 2.37 has been released. For all you Blaze users who are on iOS devices, please make sure to update the app! As mentioned, all Android, Windows, and iOS users will now receive in-app error notifications if you did not receive Sleep Stages on any given night.
Hey everyone -- Thanks for all your troubleshooting efforts to receive your Sleep Stages. I wanted to provide an update: For users on an Android or Windows device, you should now be receiving in-app error notifications if you haven't received your Sleep Stages on any given night. These notifications will explain why you haven't received your Sleep Stages.
For those on an iOS device, these notifications will be arriving soon. I will update this thread once this has been officially released for iOS. Thanks for your patience! I hope you continue receiving your Sleep Stages on a consistent basis and if you don't, now you have a clearer understanding for why not.

I've got the fitbit Alth HR and first time last night the sleep hasn't worked. I've re-synced a number of times, switched bluetooth on and off, nothing. Any ideas anyone?

@monjahrenel @Timgilp It sounds like you're both having a different issue with the Fitbit app itself. I recommend making sure you have the latest Fitbit app version here. If you're still having trouble viewing your sleep history, then I would reach out to our Support team.
