Slow flashing green lights

I’ve never had a problem with my Fitbit blaze until today

On the auto mode for BMP, the green flashing lights on the back blink slowly, say one flash every second or two then it stops all together

and then on on mode, the lights all work perfectly but it only displays the BMP for about a minute or two before it stops reading my heart rate.

sometimes when I take it off, it reads a heart rate and when I put it back on, it stops.

Ive tried resetting numerous times but nothing is working for me

id love to get this fixed because it was a great little watch before this problem started happening.
thank you for any suggestions

@KirrilyL Welcome to the Fitbit Community.

I'm sorry to hear the heart rate sensor on your Fitbit Blaze is not working correctly. Thank you for restarting your Tracker before contacting us.

I would recommend following the next steps:

- Go to the online Dashboard at fitbit.com > Settings > Devices > Heart rate

- If you have set it Auto please change to On and sync

- Change to Off and sync

- Finally, go back to the original setting and sync

If you have any question, please don't hesitate to contact us back at any time.

Thanks for getting back to me.
I did all that was on line and nothing changed so I let my battery life die
completely then charged it up full turned it back on and now it's working
great again.
So I'm a happy man again

Thank you for all your help

David.

@KirrilyL Thank you for your question.

In order to sync your Fitbit Blaze you can do it either through Fitbit Connect or through the Fitbit app. On the online Dashboard there is no sync button.

From Fitbit Connect:

From the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab EdsonFitbit_0-1576006429716.png > your profile picture > your device image.

The instructions are listed in my response above.
