My Fitbit was counting steps as I was driving. Is there a way to fix this?

Yes, manually log driving as an activity for that time period and it will wipe out any erroneous steps or floors.

Hi there @rick1973. Welcome to the Fitbit Community!
As @SunsetRunner mentioned, for you to be able to get rid of those steps, on your dashboard, tap on the "+" sign in the middle and go to "Track Exercise". Here, at the top, toggle the option to "Log" and here, type "Driving". Enter the correct time frame and this will remove the steps while you were driving.
I can also recommend using this app, it's called DriveBit which works under the same principle, except that it will log the driving activity for you.
Hope this helps. Let us know if you need more help.

Totally @Rich_Laue. The amount of steps one gets while driving is very low compared to the daily totals so this shouldn't make a big impact. I don't really worry about those steps either.
