When your done working out, at what heartrate do you stop your your fitbit?

I stop it at the moment I complete the work out, I'm not sure it calculates your recovery rate, though I've not really checked to see if it does or not.  I just do it manually I note the heart rate at the  point I stop it then check it again in 5 and 10 mins
