Hi all
I am wondering if sweating a lot during workout affects Blaze metal frame?
Which one will be better for sweaty workouts: the meatal or the gunmetal frame?
Thanks a millio for you help

Hello @aisa and @Aclobos! It's great to have you here. You can use any of the available frames since Fitbit devices can stand up to even the sweatiest workout. Just make sure to clean your tracker after each workout for more information about how to take care of the band please review the Wear & Care article.

My Blaze is not doing well. I called and there is no fix for a battery that doesn't hold its charge. They offered me a 25% discount since it's only been 13 months since I purchased it. I'm wondering if my workouts had something to do with it. I workout every day for an hour and usually get pretty sweaty. Something seems strange to have the battery already wearing out

A warm welcome to the Community @Boingo. The battery inconvenience might depend in factors like overcharging your tracker or having multiple features on. But I am glad to hear that you received a 25% discount code, keep in mind that you can use it to purchase any of the Fitbit trackers, take a look at this page to compare them and select the tracker you like the most.
Catch you later. ![]()
