Sync Blaze with different devices

I setup the my new FitBit Blaze to sync with one cell phone, but now need to set it up to sync to different cell phone instead.  How do I do a factory reset so the Blaze will be at the pairing screen when turned on?

@linda19zwhat type of phone is the subject of your post about.

When you say your unable to count do you get an error?

Have you downloaded the app and log in, what was the error message when syncing. .

Ok you got some model of a galaxy. Is it compatible

Have you installed the app then logged into your account? You should be set up and syncing.

What problem are you having?

To sync with a different device @Mandep we first have to make sure the old device will not interfere. Let's turn its bluetooth of .if the phone is nearby and still on.

Now we will load the Fitbit app into the new device. Log into your Fitbit account.

You probably will be asked for a few permissions and will want to accept them.

You should now be setup and the will sync.

@linda19z I would turn your old phone off. Then try a sync with your new phone.

Interesting .I had nitnnotice @Authos post. My post said the same thing.

This is not a limitation with apple products but a limitation of Bluetooth.

To put it into a real time comparison. It would be like a person trying to be at to parties at the same time .A Bluetooth receiver is only able to connect to one host at a time.
