Welcome to the Community Forums @Jeffp74!
I'm sorry you're having problems with your tracker 😕 I would like to help you with this!
This symbol means that your tracker could be in an undesirable environment, which means that it could be too hot or too cold but if you think this has nothing to do with it and that the environment around you is actually okay, try to restart your tracker. You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot.
After that, see if your tracker comes back to life and let me know how it goes!

I have already been on the Fitbit community forum. I’ve already tried to reset it and it doesn’t do anything. And it can’t be shutdown from this state because the screen only constantly displays the same temperature symbol. I contacted support because that apparently is the only solution proposed on the forum, as it seems that this is a common problem. I want to know where I can get this fixed. Thank you.

Everyone is having a issue with the triangle thermometer with the blaze and everyone knows it wasn’t exposed to heat. I want to know if it’s just the blaze or all Fitbit’s are having issues. I’m scared to buy another one don’t have money to waste.

I just got off the phone with customer service. Basically what it is, is a program designed to have people with the fitbits out of warranty to buy new ones. Sales are down and loyal Fitbit users are being targeted to buy new ones. I bet everyone that has had this issue your devise is out of warranty and you have never exposed it to any extreme temps. Also, I bet you have been offered a 25% discount and was told your device was defective. Fitbit sales are down, so they want hit all they loyal users.
