My Blaze has carried over all calorie and step data from yesterday, as has the app. I turned the watch off last night, when I synced this morning it did not reset any data other than the time. How can I reset calorie and step data?

It's great to have you here @JamesMac! When you turn off your Blaze, it will lose the time and date. You will need to sync as soon as you turn it on.
You can delete the extra data by logging driving in your account.
Hope this helps. Let me know how it goes.
