It was on the charger over night now it will not go to the right time or date

In order for the time and the date on your tracker to be correct, you need to make sure your tracker is syncing with your app or computer if you're doing it that way. If after syncing it's not updating, we have a problem. To solve it, try to restart your tracker. You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot.
After that, try to sync your tracker again and see if this makes any difference.
