Time asleep not being tracked accurately

My Fitbit Blaze is not calculating my sleep patterns accurately. It’s says I only got 4 hours of sleep and I was in the bed from 10p till 5a. I know I was awake some, but not 6 hours or so worth. Can anyone help with this? It’s not the first inaccurate reading I’ve gotten. It’s been happening over the past few weeks.

Hi there @Joseph_P. Great to see you in the Community Forums! 🙂

I'm sorry you're having problems getting your Blaze to track your sleep accurately 😕

If it's not showing the correct amount of time you were actually asleep, you could try adjusting the sleep sensitivity on your tracker. For this, go to your Fitbit app and from the Dashboard, go to the Account section at the top right corner. Then, scroll down to Advanced Settings and here look for the Sleep Sensitivity option. If it's set to Normal, change it to Sensitive or the other way around and try it out the next night and see if it's more accurate from there.

Hope this helps an please, let me know if you need more help!

I'm sorry you're having problems getting your tracker to record your sleep 😕 Is it showing Sleep Patterns instead or it's not showing any sleep record at all?

Hi,

I'm having similar issues. I had a replacement Blaze delivered last Tuesday, I have gone through the setup process and everything else is tracking as it should, however sleep tracker is only tracking between around 1 and 2.5 hours sleep each night. I have been getting around 7 hours sleep so I know this is grossly incorrect. I have tried the accepted solution from this thread of altering the sleep sensitivity (it was on Normal so I have changed to Sensitive) but this has not fixed it. Please help!
