For the last three nights my Blaze is reporting 0 times awake even though I have gotten up out of bed one or more times and these steps are shown in my Activity tracking. The number of Times Awake has always counted these steps as Awake times on my Blaze, HR and Charge. Was there a software update or software issue, or is it my tracker?

I would recommend restarting your tracker just to make sure that all settings are working properly. For that, press and hold the left and lower right buttons for 10-15 seconds until your tracker reboots and once it's back on, try it out the next night and see if this makes any difference.
