My Fitbit died and I didn't have my charger with me so I could not charge for like a day, after I charged it, the touchscreen stopped working. I can't swipe anymore to see the other screens. I have bought this Fitibit only a few months ago in June. Do I get any warranty?
Best and thanks in advance,
Annia

You do get warranty (12 months from purchase, or 24 months if you are in Europe) but hopefully restarting your fitbit will get it working again. Here's how:

Give it a few tries though as it sometimes doesn't work.

A warm welcome to the Community @blackmamba85 and @SteveH thanks for stopping by.
As our friend recommended, you can try to restart your Blaze. After this procedure test your tracker.
I hope this helps, let me know the outcome. ![]()
