My touchscreen will not let me swipe left of right. Once I am on the “Today” screen, I cannot revert back to the home screen. The only way I can get back to the home screen is by going to the app and changing my clock face. I have tried to do a reset by holding down the left button and the bottom right button, but all I get is the “all caught up” notification. It never goes to the Fitbit logo.
Please help as this is very annoying and not beneficial.

Thank you for all the details that you've provided about the touchscreen feature not working and confirming that you already tried the restart procedure.
I've sent your information to the Customer Support team for further assistance with this, but was informed that you already have a case created or that you already got in touch with them about this.
Keep me posted on the outcome.

Put it in the charging cradle until you see the battery charging then take it out again and it will be back on the clock face 🏃🏻:male_sign:👍🏻

Thank you for your help with this @Jimbo1975!
Thank you for this update as well @Aprila_22, I'm sorry to see that it wasn't possible to fix the touchscreen feature, but it's good to know they've sent you this discount option.
I hope to see you around in the Community forums. ![]()
