My Blaze is not syncing and despite being close by and Bluetooth on its not syncing to my phone (Samsung Galaxy 7).

Firmware version on Blaze is 17.8.402.1

Last synched yesterday (01/08/18) at 15.25 and has only been off my wrist when i was in the shower...

I've removed it from the paired Bluetooth list and re-scanned in Bluetooth - it won't let me pair with it as "pairing rejected by Fitbit Blaze"

 

Help...

I would try restarting your phone and then restarting your fitbit using this procedure:

 

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
