Tracker not found

I am having a hard time getting my fitbit to sync to the app. It is reading "tracker not found." Is there an update I need to do?

Let me help you out, try doing the restart 2 or 3 times in a row and make sure to follow the steps that @SunsetRunner shared. If the issue persists try the troubleshooting steps that I shared on this post
