Hi All, I received my fitbit blaze today very excited to finally use it just a little let down on starting it up. Went through all the right start ups but to do one of the updates it needed to be charged more so I left it alone plugged into the wall for about an hour and noticed it still said battery low. I swapped it to the usb port on my laptop now after another hour it says battery empty. Plugged it back into the wall its been plugged in now for close to an hour and still says empty. Have to say I'm a little disappointed is there anything I can do?

@Tegan123 sorry to hear this.
Have you checked the alignment of the pins on the tracker?
Did the Blaze vibrate when connecting up the charger? This vibration will be tye clue to it is charging.
Have you tried to finish the update again, this is the only way the battery status will be updated in the app.

It's great to welcome you @Tegan123 and @Rich_Laue thanks for stopping by.
I would like to know if you keep having issues setting up your Blaze? If you do, I recommend restarting your tracker and if you already have an account, just do the following from your Fitbit app:
- From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap or click the Account icon.
- Tap Set Up a Device.
- Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue.
Let me know the outcome.
