Update Tracker

I am trying to do the "Update Tracker" that is on my FitBit App.  When I do the process I get the following error, "The operation couldn't be completed. "FBBluetoothErrorDomain error18".  I've also received "The operation couldn't be completed. (com.fitbit.HTTPerror 403".  Can someone help with a resolution?  I have the Bluetooth on, connectivity is fine, and I have the FitBit on with the phone in my hand.  Thanks!

Try these steps

1) Restart your device

http://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186/?q=restart&l=en_US&fs=Search&pn=1

In your smartphone, with your Bluetooth turned off,
1) Go to your Setting >Application Manager > Fitbit App
2) Clear Cache and Clear Data and Uninstall
3) Reinstall the app, and allow the app to turn on your smartphone's Bluetooth when prompted

In your fitbit app, go to your device, and:
1) Turn ON All-Day Sync
2) Turn OFF Always Connected phone support

@RyanSt Since there was no mention of the phone that the error was on, @WendyB posted the instruction to an android device.

You want to clear your apps cache on the iPhone. A Google will get you the info.

So let's do a search of the iOS section, any hot with a green chewckmark has a solution.
