Very stiff back button

Hi,  I bought a new Blaze this afternoon, and I'm having an issue 😞

Should all the buttons feel the same to use?

The 2 on the right are a positive, easy *click* with a telltale lighting of the relevant corner of the screen.

The back button however is very stiff, and requires several pushes of varying force in order to get a response.

Out of the frame, the button works fine, and the frame button feels the same as the right hand side ones too, but marry the two together and it's just not right.

I have tried removing and reseating the unit a few times and I can't seem to make it any better.  It's like they're not correctly aligned or something.  Or is it supposed to be like this, and will 'bed in' with use? It'll be a pain to take it straight back to the shop in the morning, but without another here to compare it with, I'm wondering if this is normal?

Cheers

I'm impatient..

I got on live chat with Fitbit, who have confirmed that they think my frame is faulty/damaged and are sending me a new one.  I was offered the option to return to the retailer, but that will be a pain to go back to the city and sort out, so I opted for the new frame to be shipped.

I'm very pleased with the service offered.  Livechat operator was fantastic.

Hopefully the new frame will sort it.

Cheers
