Hey guys,
I'm wanting to keep an eye on how many minutes I'm spending in each HR zone each week.
This is the data I mean which is in the web dashboard:
Is there a way to see this data in the fitbit app?
Thanks
Best AnswerI find that the data expprt, then open it in a spreadsheet the easiest.
Or use IFTTT to drop the day into a GSHEET. Now the graph are easy.
Best AnswerThanks I'll give that a try.
In the meantime, does anyone know how to access the weekly HR data in the Fitbit app?

Hi @MarkJR84. Good to see you in the Fitbit Community and Thanks @Rich_Laue for giving us a hand here!
@MarkJR84, to be able to see your weekly HR data, just tap on the HR tile, this will take you to the HR logs and here you can tap on the graph and at the bottom you'll be able to choose if you want to see it daily, weekly, monthly or yearly.
Hope this helps!
