@Jarrad1911 I recommend confirming that you're on the latest version of the Fitbit app for Android, here.
If you're on the latest version of the app, I recommend trying out these troubleshooting steps. Let me know if you get any specific error messages when troubleshooting. Also, feel free to share any pictures/screenshots as they're super helpful.

Normally if something on my phone gets updated and things stop working, I find the solution is to shut down the phone and turn it back on.

Most recently my android updated and now my Fitbit will not provide me with notifications. I've contacted Fitbit and trouble shot the entire thing with no success. I'm frustrated Fitbit staff seem to think it's my phone. I have no issues with my phone nor have I with no Bluetooth issues. Has anyone else had problems with the same thing? Also, my Fitbit app is up-to-date.

I am having the same issue and was not provided any information to fix the issue. We tried troubleshooting but nothing worked. The rep said if enough people report it they will have a special team look into a fix.

I would be tempted to remove the Fitbit app, reboot phone to clear any risiduwl Fitbitp out of memory.
Now do a clean instwll of Fitbit. This way i know the app is for my current OS.

Ditto experience. Fitbit staff always quick to point to something else rather than trying to help.

I've emailed fitbit and they said they are aware of the problem... but was unable to tell me when the problem will be corrected. I haven't been able to sync since the 19th... And I've tried all the troubleshooting suggestions. I even unpaired the device with my phone and now I can't even see it when I scan for nearby devices. I feel bad for the people I'm in challenges with because I can't sync.

Another person with blaze sync issues after an Android update. I've uninstalled Fitbit, reinstalled. Cleared caches. Fitbit simply doesn't see my device.
If I delete my blaze device from the app, after 10 minutes of attempting to re-add it, it will detect the blaze and collect my data. (Very slow and have to do the blaze reset immediately before.) But after this sync, no more visibility and I have to delete the device again if I want to sync again. I've been doing this daily, ugh.

2 days ago, I unpaired by Blaze with my S7, and now it keeps saying that the Blaze rejected pairing or my Blaze won't even show up as an option even though they are within inches from each other. I'm so glad I have an apple device at home.... this is ridiculous. Troubleshooting is useless.... something has be done.

Tried this but no luck. However i noticed that the reinstall took much longer after power off so clearly it was a cleaner install.
