I have to return my blaze as it has notifications issues. But i am afraid that in replacement ,they won't send me the new unused pebble !!!

Hello @payal2112, I'm not sure why your afraid of receiving a brand new replacement? What are you afraid of?

@Rich_Lauei am afraid that they will send me the same pebble or defective piece again . my pebble has syncing issues , notification issues. and the thing is fitbit india support was not that accurate in communication also . i have contacted them since last two days- first of all they told me they ll send me a replacement and i do not need to return my pebble & asked about my shipping address. i replied to them but then i did not hear anything from them . Again i contacted them , then they told i need to return , i am okay with that then they did nt update me with return address. Again i called them and now they gave me updated mail with return address. 😞 . This is so bad that no proper mail communication and now i am afraid that hope i won't get the defective pebble again .

@Rich_Laue even it is not sending notifications for call , texts ,apps but i tried using other notification it is working but now then it is showing syncing issues like sync has been scheduled and blah blah but sometime it is working after lot of BT turn on / off , blaze restart.
So should i go for replacement as i bought it from amazon India and we don't have facility to buy it from fitbit store. my warranty will get over in October month. But after the customer support behaved . I am nervous now. I love to use blaze and i can't afford lot of time investment just for this sync issues.

I can't explain @payal2112 why the change in wanting it returned. I know Fitbit is able to see what is going on inside the tracker and maybe wants to anylize more of what they are seeing. They mostlikely will send out a brand new tracker as soon as they receive the one back.

@Rich_Laue yes i am okay with return , i can understand their R&D. I am just concerned that replaced one should be brand new & i raised that concerned because of their non reliable communications. i ll b in call support line for one hour and then will get connected to it and after that also no proper mail communication . Again call them , repeat again then they finally sent me the return address.
