If youd did not manually start the walk tracking on the Blaze, and carry the phone with you, there will not be a mao.

Thanks scottiedog. My dashboard looks quite a bit different than yours. I have an individual page for each day which lists everything for that day, including any exercise I've done. I am on a HTC One A9, which is an Android phone. What phone are you using?

@MikeA1956, the iOS one used to look like that. I remember being asked in the app if I wanted to try the new view.

Hi

I'm having problems with the Map feature on the dashboard.

It was recording a map as well as all the stats when I started the exercise app on the Blaze and connected it to my phone, but this has now stopped happening. I've restarted the Blaze and the app but still no success. I've also disconnected and re-paired the Blaze.

It worked again once and now has ceased working yet again.

Any ideas why?

Thanks in advance

Same issue here, I think something was changed in a recent update

TRUE OR FALSE?  Fitbit will only map your walk/run if you manually start it in the exercise menu.  It will not automatically map a walk or run even though it does automatically recognize a walk or run.  (I've only had mine 2 days and went through the entire online manual, I don't see this explicitly stated)

Do I have to have my phone on me while I run in order for a map to show?

Yes @runwme since the Blaze does not have GPS but gets your location from the phone.

I have a Blaze and was looking at the thread

  • Is it true that you cannot see a history of the routes that you ran?
  • If not what apps can be connected to Fi it?
  • If maps are available are they only on the web and not on the app?

I have an Android phone Samusng Galaxy Note 9

I'm not sure where you got your information from @cttaylor10oh.

Simply being up your list of past activities you will see plenty of past maps.

please see the dates on this screenshot.
