synchronizing problem

My tracker first synchronized on 25th July suddenly stopped sync since 26 th Aug the green light at the back of the tracker is also not on

I'm sorry you're having problems  getting your Blaze to sync properly...

 

If you have not tried it, I would recommend restarting your tracker. You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot and after that, see if it syncs without a problem after that.

Have tried this but still not working n the sensor light is not on
