apparently what they dont tell you is the blaze has to charge for about an hour before it is strong enough to handle the update via blutooth. did it with my samsung s7 phone and after that it started the update, and the 10 minute message, its more like 40 minute update.

Hello @KiloLima64, I noticed the Firmware version of the Blaze is not showing on the help article shared by @Rich_Laue, you can view the version of your Blaze's firmware on your tracker, to do it tap on settings and scroll down to see it. The current version is 17.8.102.7.
