How do I get my entries into carb manager to appear in my fitbit account?

I contacted Carb Manager back in January regarding this. As of right now, FitBit Activity and calories burned will sync TO Carb Manager but Carb Manager does NOT sync into FitBit! Carb Manager leads you to believe it does but it does not. However, when I contacted Carb Manager they told me they were working on the availability of two way sync with FitBit and hoped to have it done by the end of February......well it is middle of March now and Carb Manager inputted Info still does not sync in to FitBit! BTW, you would need C.M. premium account to even have FitBit Activity and calories burned to sync with C.M. Carb Manager also has a "blog" or forum if you go to carbmanager.com from a laptop or computer and login or create an account. There is much info (complaints mainly) about this there as well! I am going to email C.M. again (when I get a chance) to find out the status of this two way sync capability they are "working" on. If you did upgrade to premium C.M., like I did for the sole purpose of your inputted info in C.M. to sync to FitBit you can reach out to the developers of C.M. and they will probably offer you a refund of the premium cost, they did me, but I went ahead and kept the "premium" C.M. account because they told me two way syncing should be up and running by the end of February and also because the premium account DOES have a lot of useful tools that I like a lot. I really like the C.M. App, I'd LOVE C.M. App if it synced TO FitBit though, lol! Hope this helps some! Good Luck!

According to this Carb Manager help file you need to have the premium version and set the link up there:

Unfortunately I don't know anything about this link to be able to help. While you wait for others to comment here, is there an equivalent forum for Carb Manager where you can put the question?

Thank you. This was very helpful. If you want to include me in your email to them. I fully agree with you, their app is awesome, BUT really needs to sync both ways including food.
Thanks for your help.

UGH!!
I'm already having fits about Fitbit Versa not connecting to my home wifi network anymore and now this! It would be so helpful if Carb Manager would send this info to my fitbit... It's almost a dealbreaker. Does anyone know if My Fitness Pal logs food log onto Fitbit?? Might switch... (i pay premium on both as of rn.)

Best AnswerMyFitnessPal does sync back but I will admit I am NOT a fan. I do not like the interface. Was so much happier with Carb Manager.

I was an avid user of Carb Manager. I recently purchased the Versa and wanted to sync with Carb Manager but of course, you had to purchase premium. Before doing so I wanted to make sure that things would sync back and forth. I emailed the developer and this was the response:

Thanks for getting in touch about this. At this time, Fitbit syncing is one-way only, and we do not send food data to the Fitbit platform.
Best,
Kevin
So it appears there is still no solution for Carb Manager sending food data back to Fitbit.
Bummer...

Best AnswerCarb Manager DOES have an online forum and there are a lot of posts regarding C.M. and FitBit syncing from C.M. users. C.M. is going to need to do something about this or lose a lot of premium customers, myself included!!
Exactly!! I chose MyFitnessPal over CM when the developer staff emailed back and basically said you’re out of luck.
I knoooooow.
I suppose I could enter the lump sum of each macro and total calorie count at the end of the day.
But still....

Best AnswerI think we can manually enter those totals at the end of the day...
still rather the apps just talk to each other...
