A couple days ago I changed to clocks on my Charge 3 and a couple odd things happened: first the night time oxygen monitor stopped working and when I did a reboot of the fitbit, it told me when attached to the charger I had 88% battery, yet the device when not on the charger and the app register 97% battery. This device has been quirky for the past 6 months. Also, what red LED? All I see is green.

Hi kkowalewsky,
I have a very similar experience. I changed my clock face but turned out I still preferred the previous one so I tried changing it back but it took 5 - 6 times for me to get it changed back. After that I noticed the EOV stopped working. It's been over a week now and still not tracking blood oxygen at night.
Did you get yours working again?

I had a similar experience. Changed clock face then no more eov, just blank. Fitbit has replaced this charge 3 twice for display failures but now is no longer under original warranty.

I see.. I actually just had mine replaced prior the blank EOV issue because it stopped vibrating.
I've rebooted the device and will see what happens tomorrow.

Just an update: after rebooting my device (by going to settings --> about --> reboot device), it started to track blood oxygen levels again last night. Hope this works for you, too!

I've had a new Charge 3 for about a week. All functions worked as advertised except the EOV graph was blank. Tech support (who responded in one day to my email) recommended deleting user data (from the "about" option under "settings" on the tracker). I did that, rebooted the tracker (also under "about"), removed and reinstalled the tracker in the app, re-sync'd and now the EOV graph is working properly. User data repopulated from the app once the tracker resynchronized, so historical data was not lost.
