When I go for a run, I want to see workout stats on my Charge 3 watch and hear audio cues.
Is there a possibility to have both? How?

Welcome on board @runninarun, it's nice to have a new member around! This can't be done at the moment my friend. For more detailed information about tracking your exercises with Charge 3, see: How do I track my workouts with my Fitbit device?
For anything else you would like to see implemented in the future, consider visiting our Feature Suggestions board. This is a space where Community users can post features, ideas, and suggestions that they'd like to see in future Fitbit products, accessories, and software and top-voted suggestions get relayed to our product team for review.
We're constantly striving to improve Fitbit products and services, and we very much appreciate all of the input we receive from our customers.
Our product team looks forward to reading and incorporating your suggestions into future versions of Fitbit trackers and apps.
Let me know if there's anything else I may assist you with.

I added this to the feature suggestions because I also REALLY want this to be added. Thought your wording was clear and concise, so I copied and pasted it (but gave you credit)

I'm late to this thread, but I'm having the same issues. I had posted separately but now came across this.
The only thing I'll add is that when I start via my phone app (to get voice cues) sometimes my watch will start auto-tracking my run separately, which is nice because then I do get live pace stats - one of the main reasons I bought the Charge 3 in the first place, but then I get duplicated run logs that are slightly different. So then I have to delete the one that I think is from my watch.
Seems like a pretty strange design flaw. If the Charge 3 can "connect" to a nearby phone, you'd think the "talking" could go both ways. But I'm not a software engineer, so really I have no idea.

@kwatt718 have you checked your settings via Account > Charge 3 > Exercise Shortcuts and then Edit?
I just noticed that cues ARE available for the various exercises:
Same options are available for Run too.
I will take a walk and try it out and get back to you.
Cheers!

Alas, @kwatt718 no good news. I took a walk initiating tracking from the Exercise app of Charge 3 (firmware 1.60.39) with connected GPS to my phone (iOS app 2.95 (839). As expected the normal metrics (distance, pace and lapsed time) are available from the Charge 3 display continuously. However, the cues I received were just brief vibrations of Charge 3 and a brief display of the average pace. There were no audio cues! During a run, chances are you may not even notice the vibration and may not have the time to look at the tracker display. Not ideal. That's why @curlynotgurly already added this to the feature suggestions board.

Has this been made an update yet? I’m having the same problem and it seems a bizarre flaw in a sports watch not to have cues...
Thanks 😁

From what I’ve experienced, the Fitbit app “Mobile Track” is not meant to live sync exercises with any watches. I think it’s a way to track exercise for those that want to use the Fitbit app but don’t have any wrist tracker at all. I wish they would allow them to sync as well so I can get the audio cues.
