Hi,
Update! I solved the issue by turning on the Screen wake which I found by clicking on the button.
I have started having issues with the screen turn on on flipping my wrist, as it doesn't show unless I press the button. The issue have been going on for a couple of days now and have nothing to do with sleep settings, as I turn that on and off every day. What to do?

Hello again @eliscinsky
Before contacting Fitbit Customer Service I’d definitely try restarting your Fitbit Charge 4 first. Here’s a YouTube video detailing exactly how to restart your tracker properly: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=RergqNUcZa0
😃 Hopefully it only needs restarting. Let me know how it goes

Why can't I delete my post?

Hello @Kitt17
I'm assuming you wanted to try and delete your post because you figured out your Charge 4 screen wake on your own and no longer need assistance. If that's the case I'm happy you found a solution. Unfortunately there's no way that I'm aware of the delete your post. You can however tap the three dots to the upper right corner of your post and tap edit in the drop down menu. You can type in something like "Update: I no longer need assistance the issue is resolved"
😀

Kitt17, how did you resolve this issue. I'm having the same issue, for about a week. TY in advance.

Hello @eliscinsky
I might be able to help. Push and hold the button for a couple seconds until the Do Not Disturb and Sleep options are displayed. Make sure they are both greyed out. If they are greyed out then they are turned off. If they are off your screen wake should work now.
please let me know if that answers your question and resolves your issue. 😃Happy Stepping!

MegaBite,
TY, and both ARE greyed out, and I've tried turning them on and back off. However it has not solved my issue.
Not sure if it's related or not, but I do have my sleep Brightness set to Auto, and Sleep Mode set. It does set brightness to normal in the morning, but a couple hours later the display goes dim.
Again this all started recently, about a week ago.
TY everyone for your help.

Hello again @eliscinsky
Is your sleep mode greyed out AND have a slash across it? Maybe this YouTube video will help:https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=r2IfEZ7ogb8

MegaBite, yep DND & Sleep are both Gray / off, and Screen Wake is "lit up" / active.
TY for the video.

@JuanFitbit, Yes the Screen Wake is on. Flipping wrist no longer turns the screen on. However, screen touch does activate the screen.
Also, I wear my Fitbit everyday and in the past 7 days it did not record any steps this past Monday, Tuesday, or (yesterday) Thursday. Today being Friday and so far no steps recorded. And one very strange thing, the step count for both last Sunday and Wednesday were exactly the same .. 6,121. Never had that happen before.
I'm thinking the motion sensor has gone bad. How do I contact Fitbit for diagnostics / repair / replace? I bought my Fitbit Charge 4 in August 2021.
