3 Fitbits Charge 5 broke in 1 week

The Fitbit Charge 5 of me, my mom and a friend broke in the same week! This cannot be a coincidence!! 3 fitbits in one week!!

Not sure if you figured this out already, but fitbit is having issues with their app. It probably is not the trackers. Problems started for me on 10/23. They said it was fixed with new app, but I know for some of us it did not work

Mine started October 17th.  Not broke just will not sync or pair to my iPhone and the Fitbit app.  Updating the app and phone did not work neither did a factory reset.
