I have a charge 5, a few week ago the add card notification starting poping up every few minutes. I have found no way to stop this. I searched the internet and this problem has been around for over a year but apparently fitbit has not corrected it. I need to stop this notification , its annoying and drains my charge 5 battery in less than a day. If anyone has found a way to solver this let me know.
Have you tried simply updating your Fitbit app?

Best Answerhello, fitbit customer support told me to delete the app and install it again and to clear all the data of my fitbit. so basically start everything as if i bought my fitbit today. as soon as i synced my fit bit i got again the add card message. I chatted again after this with fitbit customer support and they just said they are aware of the problem and will fix it at some point. so i guess i will just have to wait.
Best AnswerI'd also check the app settings for the card that you're trying to add. I had the same issue with Google Pay, and it turns out I had a setting switched OFF that should have been switched ON in order for me to add it to Google Pay on my watch.

Best AnswerThats the problem, i am not trying to add a card, and im not interested in doing so. The watch just keeps sending the Add card notification randomly several times throughout the day. So no idea whats going on.
