For the 4th time after that topic my charge wont sync. Tried everything again. (charging, restarting phone and app, deleting app, bluetooth on and off etc etc) Result: still no syncing and now the app cannot connect withbluetooth. Other times it cost me a lot of time , no results ,just like now. But waiting (7 to 12 hour) was the thing that helped. After a while my charge functioned and communicated again. I hope it will be the same today.
But it is so frustrating. Am I the only one with this problem?
Any suggestions?

tried another restart and voila. bluetooth could be found and connected. does synchronisation. Steps seems correct. but sleep until 1,5 hour instead 7???
The fitbit counts 65 active minutes today, the app 0.

I am having similar issues. Won't sync or connect by Bluetooth. Restart Fitbit, restart phone. Bluetooth on & off. Waste a lot of time, no results.. Charge 5 syncs once on its own 3o hours later followed by same issue.

Same issue. Got it finally solved now its gone again. This only started when the message about moving over to google showed up. Why did they mess with my Charge 5? I was so happy with it for several years.

Mine freezes on the logo. If I let the battery run down I can charge it and it works again. 2 support calls-no help. I see there is a new firmware version. Hopefully it will have a fix for this. Just started happening a week and a half ago.

My Fitbit 5 is also acting as above, This is my third Fitbit and it always ends badly just after a year. Time for a switch of brands because although they look great and give excellent information longevity is terrible.

still working, syncing etc. But still missing several hours of 5 september. The steps and active minutes were on my fitbit that day, but not on the app.
Fingers crossed charge 5 will keep doing it, but i have little confidence.

tried restarting? That was (probably) the solution for me this time .
