App notifications not working

I received notifications for calls and texts but not any of the apps checkd in 'App Notifications'.

This includes Messenger Lite, Signal and such.

 

I have restarted the phone, removed and  added my Charge 5 in the  fitbit app but still no app notifications.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated

I had this happen a couple of times. Go to the app, tap on your picture, then tap on I think it's the picture of the watch. Then I think notifications mine said reset phone. No you have to tap the red words, turn off Fitbit, then turn it back on. You well then recive notification again. I hope this helps
