HI all,
New here but need a little help, I have a Charge 5 and my wife has a Charge 3 and the other day the battery start just going dead! We'd fully charge them and in less then 3 hours they be dead.... I have turn off GPS and tried resetting them with no success.

Any advice or help would be great?

I have had the same issue. It started happening as soon as I updated the app on my phone.

Thanks for the replies but mine was under warranty so Fitbit is replacing it.  Thanks Fitbit 🙂
