Here's how to change your Calories Burned Alert/goal:
Using the Fitbit app on your phone, click on your icon in the upper left to open your Account information
Click on Activity & Wellness under Settings
Click on Daily Activity
From here you can adjust your daily goals for Steps, Distance, Calories, Active Zone Minutes, and Hourly Activity Goal (steps in an hour) and weekly goal for Active Zone minutes
