I cannot access my data, progress, and such on my desktop computer anymore. I have a mobile phone but I do not like using it. I have only had Fitbit devices so far but it I cannot access my info on my computer as I have always done for years now, that will be the end of my relationship with Fitbit.

Because apps are the be-all and end-all and the greatest thing since sliced bread, it seriously sucks big time as I hate having to do a lot of stuff on my phone.

Just my reply, as I've been a customer for over 10 years.  Fitbit is no longer supported in the United States and is only supported by Google.  My comment is that I'll move to Garmin.  Not the answer I wanted as I was a customer and loyal but this support is not what I paid for.
