I am locked out of my Fitbit account despite being 99% sure that I have the correct password. No reply from Fitbit on resetting password despite 3 requests this morning. Nothing in my spam folder.

That's a great question. I was using my Fitbit password because I didn't transfer my data to Google despite several prompts from Fitbit. However Jasmine on the Fitbit chat support earlier today insisted that I had done this and therefore need to access Fitbit via Google. Found this highly irregular. I know I have not done this and have no confirmation this happened. Was using Fitbit app until recently when my charge 5 died suddenly

Have you added a new device to your account to replace the Charge 5?

Thanks for your reply
No, nothing has changed. My charge 5 was a replacement by Fitbit of a previous charge 5 that died suddenly this time last year. The current watch is still under warranty but I seem to go around in circles on community forum rather than be able to contact Fitbit directly to request a replacement device

Just a suggestion but have you tried logging in with your Google account as suggested by Jasmine? If you didn't transfer, you'll be prompted to setup an account and you can stop at this point, if you did, you should see your account information.
