Just purchased a charge 5. I have a Motorola e7i power and it's updated to android 10 so is up to date. When I try setting up notifications through the Fitbit app by pressing enable notification service, if just comes up with a page saying 'this feature is not available on this device'. It also pops up a message saying Select 'fitbit notification service' to enable notifications. I've tried restarting the phone and uninstalling the app, turning Bluetooth on and off and reinstalling the app but nothing seems to work

Thanks for the reply odyssey. I have tried everything suggested in the trouble shooting articles but nothing seems to work. With the error message saying notifications not available on this device im thinking it may be to do with my phone and not the Fitbit and will try contact Fitbit about this.
