Please follow the advised troubleshooting steps from my previos posts in order to switch the Charge 5 to the other iPad.
Best AnswerThanks for the reply, but I believe the on line account keeps track of the ipad you were using. Somehow I believe this needs to be changed so the new ipad is recognized.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @tommac100. Thank you for sharing your iPad set up inquiry.
If you're replacing the original iPad and no longer using it. You can set up up your Charge 5 as a replacement device on the new iPad and continue using it. Make sure to sync your device before the set up process.
