Changing the clock face on Charge 5

I have tried following the supplied steps for changing my Charge 5 clock face.  But when I click on the Today icon, nothing happens.  If I click in the top left-hand corner, it goes Back to "Connected to Fitbit".  There is no Gallery with 25 clock faces.  Can you please tell me what I'm doing wrong?  Thanks a lot

Do you need premium to change the clock? when I click the icon I just get Personal, badges, groups and health assessments. No Gallery. Pat
