Charge 5 Frozen on FitBit Logo

My Charge 5 is stuck on the FitBit logo. I pressed the reset button on the charger cord 3X for one second each, but the time (or any) display does not (re)appear. Any suggestions?

When I reset using that process a bunch of times the display finally came back but it's happened several days now for several hours at a time which is super annoying.
