I noticed this week that I'm not getting notifications for any RCS images that come through on my messaging app. All of my other notifications are working, and text notifications through the RCS messages work, just not for images. I use Google Messages and no settings have been changed that I noticed. It is just odd to me that notifications are working, just not when someone sends me a picture or GIF! Any ideas??

Hi, @Ash995 , the Charge 5 cannot display pictures or GIFs. I do get notifications that a photo has been sent on WhatsApp or SMS services but of course I cannot see the photo itself. The RCS messaging is a newer technology and it sounds like the Charge 5, which is an older device, is not set up even to notify that these images are coming through. As all your other notifications are working as expected, I feel fairly confident that it is not a case of the Fitbit not working and I am doubtful that there is a workaround at this time. I am sorry not to have better news for you.

Hi, @mlucy115 it sounds like you are logging into the Fitbit Community web based page instead of into your app. Your app should be available on your phone or tablet with the Fitbit logo showing, where you see all your other apps. Fitbit has recently retired the web based platform, so you will now need to use only the app.
