My Charge 5 has stopped showing anything except dots on the top. It won't let me swipe or anything else. The data shows up on my app from my phone, but that's it. Does anyone know how to fix this? I can't even figure out how to restart the fitbit.

It might be worth trying to change the clock face in the App on your phone too. Some clock faces (I don't know which ones, sadly) can cause problems.
I have heard that it can help. Also varying the timing between presses of the button. Some people leave a second between them and others do it rapidly.
