Hi,
My Charge 5 will not sync, last sync was at 1am.
I've tried:
- Deleting the app and reinstalling
- Turning the bluetooth on/off
- Restarting the Charge 5
- Restarting my S21
The app will say:
'Syncing your charge 5'
'Sync is taking a while. Sit tight...'
'Couldn't Sync your charge 5 - Fix It'
The 'Fix it' tab just brings me to a web page without the options above.
Any further ideas on how to resolve?
Thanks a mill.

Okay, I have tried all, hard reset 2x, remove Charge 5, setup charge 5 again, turn on/off bluetooth, delete the fitbit app and reinstall. nothing works. I have the latest ios. I think I am just gonna give up.

I, too, am unable to sync my Fitbit Charge 5 using my iPad Air2. I have tried the following:
The one thing I haven’t done is drain the battery. Unfortunately, when the problem began two days ago, my battery was low (12%) and I thought that was the cause. So, now I have a fully charged battery and I can’t sync the device.
I’m going back to my Charge 3 for now and will update this in a few days when the battery on the Charge 5 is completely drained and I give it another try. Should it not work after that

I just had this happen to me today. Everything suggested didn't work for me. However, I happened to just put it on the charger (despite it already having like 65+% battery) and it immediately synced with my phone.

This has happened to me a few times, including this morning. Although my 5 was more than half charged, I put it in the charger. After about 5 minutes I successfully synced in while it was charging
