Charge 5 Screen Issues

My Fitbit had a white screen all day. It was still collecting data. I researched options. Tried the reset. Installed new clockfaces. Reset again. Now the screen is completely black. It vibrates when I try again to reset, but screen will not come back on. Tried different clock faces too, just in case.

I really appreciate your message, and I'm sorry to know that your Fitbit Charge 5 has a completely black screen. I understand your feelings about this situation, and I'll be glad to assist you. 

Thank you for all the troubleshooting steps you tried. 

Since you already tried the recommended steps, I suggest you contact support, since they have more tools in order to find your options. Contact Us.
