Same here in 2023 .... placed order on 12/31 with overnight shipping - it is now 1:23 pm EST on 1/5/2023 and it still hasn't shipped. They claim it is in stock so what's the hold-up ???
After chatting with them they just agreed to refund the shipping - but claim it will now take up to 5-7 business days ... I should get it by 1/12/2023.
Seems like the overnight shipping is a bit of a joke.
